The sun and the moon: the story behind our mark
Our mark is two horizons. A sun going down over the Mediterranean, and a full moon coming up over India.
The sun: Ibiza, July
At Cala Benirràs, on the north coast of Ibiza, boats drop anchor in the late afternoon just to watch the sun set. That moment, the light low and warm, everyone quiet for a minute, is the feeling we want our clothes to carry: elegant without trying.
The moon: India
Casa Amara is made in India, by people who do extraordinary work by hand. The full moon rising is the other half of the brand: craft, colour and the country where we now live and build.
Where you find it
On the men’s trousers of Drop 001 both live on the back, embroidered in copper thread: our monogram, the C, on the waistband, and the sun over the horizon above the pocket. The women’s trousers carry the sun on the back and the C on a leather patch. The front stays clean: nothing on it but pleats and a pressed crease.
